Step 1.   Download and Install WSFTP.
Step 2.   Open WSFTP and click the "Connect" located at the bottom
left hand corner of the window. You will see the "Session Properties box" pop up. Click on the "New" button.

Step 3.  Fill in the fields:
              Profile Name: Your website name, example CrafTech
              Host Name/Address: ftp.craftech.com
              Host Type: Automatic detect
              User Id: Your UserID (will be given to you by CrafTech)
              Password: Your Password (will be given to you by CrafTech)

              Click "Save Pwd" (password) if you would like it to remember
              your password the next time you connect.
