Step 2.   Click on the "Advanced" tab from the left menu.

Step 3.   Select "proxies"
 

Step 4.   Click the "manual proxy configuration"

Step 5.   Enter the following information:
              FTP PROXY: http://cache.craftech.com  PORT: 3128
              HTTP PROXY: http://cache.craftech.com  PORT: 3128
 

Step5.  Click ok. Your browser is now set up to save(cache) web pages, FTP, and other files that other users have also requested so that you can obtain the information more quickly
