Step 2.   Click the "Connections" tab.
 

Step 3.   Select the "LAN Settings" button located at the bottom of the connections window. 

Step 4.   Check the "Proxy Server" option.

Step 5.   Enter the following information:
              Address: http://cache.craftech.com 
              Port: 3128
 

Step 6.  Click ok. Your browser is now set up to save (cache) web pages, FTP, and other files that other users have also requested so that you can obtain the information more quickly.
