Step 4.    Enter your name as you would like it to appear in the "From" field of your outgoing message.  (this is the name that people will see when they receive email from you, it is usually your first and last name). Click next.
 

Step 5.   Enter your CrafTech email address (username@craftech.com). Click next.
  

STEP 6.   Enter the Server Names. 
               My incoming mail server  POP3 server.
               Incoming mail(POP3, IMAP, or HTTP) server: pop3.craftech.com
               Outgoing mail(SMTP) server: smtp.craftech.com
