Step 1.   Download and Install Netscape.

Step 2.   Open Netscape, then click on EDIT at the top left of the screen.

Step 3.   Click PREFERENCES.

Step 4.   Find MAIL and NEWSGROUPS. Click the "+" symbol to the left
Step 5. click on MAIL SERVERS


Step 6. Click ADD and enter the following information:
            Incoming Mail Server - pop3.craftech.com
             Outgoing Mail Server - smtp.craftech.com
             Outgoing Mail Server User Name - your user name
                 *This will be the first half of your email address.
Example:
johndoe (correct)
johndoe@craftech.com (incorrect)
Make sure all entries are in LOWER CASE letters.
Step 7.   After all information is entered, click OK to save your information.
