Step 1.   Download and Install CuteFTP.

Step 2.   Open CuteFTP pull down the File menu and select "Site Manager"
               located at the bottom left hand corner.

Step 3.  Fill in the fields:
              Profile Name: Label for site: example MySite
              Host Name/Address: ftp.craftech.com
              User Id: Your UserID (will be given to you by CrafTech)
              Password: Your Password (will be given to you by CrafTech)
              Do not modify the FTP site connection port.
              Select "normal" as login type.
