Account Cancellation Policy:
If for any reason you need to cancel your account, you must notify our office by the 15th of the month before we process billing for the following month. We process billing between the 20th and 25th of every month and we cannot apply credits once the billing process is finished.

Yearly account cancellations will be prorated at the $19.95 monthly rate and refunded the balance.
Ex. If you paid $168.00 for the year and decided to cancel after 6 months, you will pay 
6  x 19.95 = 119.70 and get a refund of 48.30. If for any reason you didn't like our service and cancel your account  during the first 30 days, we do offer a 30 days money back guaranty.

Please note that unlimited access means unlimited, un-timed interactive access and not a 24-hour dedicated connection. If you're interested in a dedicated connection, please give us a call and we will be happy to quote you a price based on your requirements.
