CrafTech Computer Solutions' forum admin performs all forum management through a web based administration module. It eliminates the need to edit configuration files locally and then uploading them to the server. The forums are administrator-friendly, they incorporate ALERT icons on each message, so any registered user can alert the administrator of bad message.

Account Cancellation Policy:
If for any reason you need to cancel your account, you must notify our office by the 15th of the month before we process billing for the following month. We process billing between the 20th and 25th of every month and we cannot apply credits once the billing process is finished.
